We greatly appreciate you booking appointments with Annette Brow Studio. Rescheduling and cancellations are possible for our valued clients due to unforeseen circumstances and change in schedules.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled visit if you are no longer able to attend. In the case that your plans change, you can modify, reschedule, or cancel your appointment with no extra charge up until 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This cancellation window allows our business to operate efficiently while continuing to provide best-in-class service.

• Appointment cancellations made less than 24-hours before the appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service booked.

• Clients who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time available for the booking. If adjusted due to late arrival, the full cost of the service will still apply.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked services.
